Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across London, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any London commercial property.
Local London dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of London commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repaired seams are tested for a proper bond before we leave the site.
Ponding water on our building had been an issue for years until they actually fixed the drainage instead of just patching around it.
